摘　　要：在原发性闭角型青光眼(primary angle-closure glaucoma,PACG)的发病机制中晶状体起着重要的作用。已证实PACG患者实施白内障手术可使前房加深、房角开大,有助于降低眼压。本文回顾了有关PACG透明晶状体摘除术相关研究,虽然透明晶状体摘除对PACG有明显益处,但在技术推广和适应证选择上具有挑战性。The lens plays an important role in the pathogenesis of primary angle-closure glaucoma(PACG).It has been shown that cataract surgery on PACG could deepen the anterior chamber and widen the angle,thereby reducing intraocular pressure.In recent years,clear lens extraction surgery has been considered as a treatment for this type of eye disease.We reviewed the researches on clear lens extraction for PACG.Although clear lens extraction has significant benefits for PACG,it is challenged in terms of technical dissemination and selection of indications.
