摘　　要：眼眶神经鞘瘤是较常见的眼眶肿瘤,主要临床表现为眼球突出,典型的神经鞘瘤主要由交替分布的AntoniA型和AntoniB型瘤细胞组成,大多为AntoniA型瘤细胞。临床诊断以MRI检查作为首选,CT检查作为辅助,后者主要观察肿瘤对周围骨质的影响,病理组织学检查是确诊的金标准。需要注意与海绵状血管瘤、恶性眼眶神经鞘瘤等进行鉴别诊断。手术治疗仍是最有效的疗法,尚未发现更优治疗方法。Orbital neurilemmoma is one of the most common orbital tumors and commonly presents as proptosis.Typical schwannoma are mainly composed of alternately distributed AntoniA and AntoniB tumor cells,most of which are AntoniA tumor cells.MRI was taken as the first choice on clinical diagnosis,and CT examination as accessory examnation,the latter mainly observing the tumor's effect on the surrounding bone mass.Histopathological examination is the gold standard for diagnosis.Attention needs to be paid to the differential diagnosis with cavernous hemangioma,malignant orbital schwannoma and so on.The most effective treatment is still surgery,and optimal treatment has not yet been found.
