摘  要:高功率微波(High Power Microwave,HPM)武器在未来海上舰艇防空作战中具有广阔的应用前景,将HPM武器与舰艇常规防空武器进行协同对提升海上防空反导能力具有重要意义。针对海上防空目标威胁评估问题,基于模糊小波神经网络(Fuzzy Wavelet Neural Network,FWNN)模型,选择来袭目标的类型、速度、航向角、干扰能力、高度和航路捷径六项指标作为FWNN的输入项,并将各项指标按照级量化理论进行量化,通过训练FWNN模型,得到输入项与威胁评估值的对应关系,建立来袭目标的威胁评估模型。利用构建的目标威胁评估模型,得到了相同来袭目标在有无HPM武器的威胁值。结果显示:FWNN模型的评估误差总体保持在0.05以下,优于BP神经网络模型;且HPM武器加入舰艇防空系统后,目标威胁评估值的均值下降了0.1039。因此,构建的FWNN威胁评估模型能够较好地反映来袭目标的威胁程度;同时也说明HPM武器加入舰载武器防空系统能够在一定程度上减小来袭目标的威胁值,提升舰艇的综合防空能力。High power microwave(HPM)weapons have broad application prospects in future naval air defense operations.It is of great significance to synergize HPM weapons with conventional naval air defense weapons to improve maritime air defense and anti-missile capabilities.In this paper,aiming at the threat assessment of maritime air defense targets,based on the Fuzzy Wavelet Neural Network(FWNN)model,six indicators of the type,speed,heading angle,jamming capability,altitude and route shortcut of the incoming target are selected as the input of the FWNN,and quantify each index according to the level quantification theory.By training the FWNN model,the corresponding relationship between the input item and the threat assessment value is obtained,and the threat assessment model of the incoming target is established.Using the constructed target threat assessment model,the threat value of the same incoming target with or without HPM weapons is obtained.The results show that the evaluation error of the FWNN model is generally kept below 0.05,which is better than that of the BP neural network model;and after the HPM weapon is added to the ship air defense system,the mean value of the target threat evaluation value drops by 0.1039.Therefore,the FWNN threat assessment model constructed in this paper can better reflect the threat level of the incoming target;it also shows that the addition of HPM weapons to the shipborne weapon air defense system can reduce the threat value of the incoming target to a certain extent and improve the ship's comprehensive air defense capability.
