摘 要:采用电沉积法在CuSO4/H2SO4体系中制备锂离子电池负极集流体铜箔材料,对光亮剂聚异硫脲丙磺酸内盐(UPS)、3-巯基-1-丙磺酸钠(MPS)、N,N-二甲基二硫代甲酰胺丙烷磺酸钠(DPS)和醇硫基丙烷磺酸钠(HP)在电解铜箔中的应用进行了研究。结果表明:MPS和HP的光亮效果最明显,导致铜箔粗糙度明显降低,表面形貌均匀,但HP和MPS过量会使抗拉强度降低;DPS提高光泽度和降低粗糙度的效果都相对较差,过量使抗拉强度明显降低;UPS几乎没有光亮效果,对抗拉强度和断裂延伸率影响也不明显。Anode collector copper foil for lithium ion battery is prepared by electrodeposition in CuSO4/H2SO4 system.The application of brighteners polyisothiourea-propanesulfonic acid(UPS)3-mercapto1-sodium propanesulfonic acid(MPS)N,N-dimethyldithio-formamide sodium propanesulfonic acid(DPS)and alcohol thio-propanesulfonic acid(HP)in electrolytic copper foil is studied.The results show that MPS and HP have the most obvious brightening effect,and the surface roughness is obviously reduced and the surface morphology is uniform,but the excessive HP and MPS can reduce the tensile strength;DPS has poor effect of improving gloss and reducing roughness,and the tensile strength decreases obviously when added too much.UPS has almost no brightening effect and has no obvious effect on tensile strength and elongation at break.
