摘 要:目的:探讨在消化疾病的教学实践课中如何提升学生的心身疾病的临床思维。方法:选取医学院2017级五年制本科生60人,分实验组和传统教学组,采用SEGUE量表评价培训前后临床医学生医患沟通技能,比较两组调查问卷。结果:实验组医学生医患沟通技巧评价量表评分,均显著高于对照组医学生;调查问卷中学生对两种教学法反馈结果,除对心身疾病感兴趣程度组外,其余各组均显著高于对照组医学生。结论:教学方法调整后,学生对消化道心身疾病的认知有了明显的提高。Objective:To explore how to improve students’ clinical thinking about psychosomatic diseases in the teaching practice class of digestive diseases.Method:Forty five-year undergraduate students in the 2017 class of Hubei University of Medicine were selected and divided into experimental group and control group,and the SEGUE scale was used to evaluate the doctor-patient communication skills of clinical medical students before and after training,and the questionnaires of the two groups were compared.Results:The feedback of students on the two teaching methods was investigated in the questionnaires,and the evaluation scale scores of doctor-patient communication skills of medical students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of medical students in the control group.Except for the interest in digestive diseases,other evaluation indicators in the experimental group were obviously higher than those in the control group.Conclusion:After the adjustment of the teaching method,the students’ cognition of gastrointestinal psychosomatic diseases has been significantly improved.
