从结胸成因探讨《伤寒论》中的失治误治

摘　　要：《伤寒论》中共有约120处对失治误治的论述,相比其他正治的条文有着双倍信息量,为读者完整展示了一个面对患者的临证现场,应该被仔细分析。结胸是在不恰当时间使用下法而引起的疾病,分析结胸下法之前的症状,可以看出这类患者或邪热较盛,或阳气未衰,下后或成结胸,或不影响疾病进展,或可正胜邪出。这里的下法虽然为失治误治,但是从患者身体状况和疾病进展情况,仍见有可下之机。因此,学习《伤寒论》需要反复研读分析其中有关失治误治的条文,注意以患者和疾病为本,关注疾病进展和治疗、用药后的转归及再治疗,不应该将论及失治误治的内容一带而过。There are over 120 discussions about mistreatment in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases, which present 2 times the amount of information than correct treatment, show a complete treatment scene for readers and deserve a careful analysis. Analysis of the symptoms before purgation in improper time, which causes the following chest bind, indicates that these patients have excessive pathogenic heat or unreduced yang-qi and develop to chest bind, unchanged disease progress or victory over evil-qi. Purgation in these sentences, seen as a mistreatment, is still slightly reasonable judged from patients’ condition and disease progress. Then discussions about mistreatment in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases should be studied and analyzed repeatedly rather than ignoring them so as to place patients and diseases in center and pay attention to disease progress and treatment and outcome after treatment and retreatment.
