摘  要:铁路工程BIM正向设计是对传统铁路工程项目设计流程的彻底变革,可有效提高铁路工程的设计效率与准确性,但其推广应用却遇到了较大困难。结合多年BIM应用实践经验,以及多专业BIM设计软件研发经历,深入分析阻碍BIM正向设计发展的原因,提出铁路工程BIM正向设计的整体规划。以铁路隧道专业为例,从标准、协同、效率、共享等方面阐述具体的解决办法。目前,隧道专业BIM正向设计软件已应用于西昆高铁、成渝中线高铁、宁淮城际铁路等多条重点铁路线路中,实现了全过程BIM设计,在提高工作效率的同时,有效保证了设计成果的准确性、协调性,可为今后同类工程的BIM正向设计研究提供借鉴。Top-down BIM design brings about a transformation to the traditional way of railway project design,as it effectively improves efficiency and accuracy.However,its application has encountered great difficulties.Based on years of experience in BIM application and in the R&D of BIM design software for multiple disciplines,the paper analyzes the factors that hinder the development of BIM top-down design,and proposes an overall plan for railway projects.With railway tunnel project as an example,the paper elaborates the solutions to achieve standardization,collaboration,efficiency and sharing.By now,the top-down design software for tunnels has been applied to many key railway lines such as Xi’an-Kunming HSR,Chengdu-Chongqing Midline HSR,and Nanjing Huai’an Intercity Railway.The whole-process BIM design helps improve the work efficiency,and ensures the accuracy and coordination of design results,providing references to the future research of similar projects.
