白花丹参水提物对大鼠血管内皮损伤修复的促进作用

摘　　要：目的:研究白花丹参水提物对大鼠血管内皮损伤修复的促进作用。方法:将60只健康Wistar大鼠分为4组,每组15只:正常对照组、模型组、白花丹参水提物低剂量给药组(1.5 g/d)、高剂量给药组(3 g/d)。利用盐酸肾上腺素溶液建立大鼠血管内皮损伤模型,在模型建立的第1、8、17天分别进行尾静脉取血,经过处理后取血清进行血管性血友病因子(vWF)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、单核细胞趋化蛋白(MCP-1)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)检测。结果:结果显示,白花丹参水提物给药组的vWF、VEGF和MCP-1含量低于血管内皮损伤模型组。而白花丹参水提物给药组的IL-10含量高于血管内皮损伤模型组。结论:白花丹参水提物对损伤后的大鼠血管内皮修复有明显的促进作用。Objective:To study the promoting effect of aqueous extract of Salvia miltiorrhiza on vascular endothelial cell damage repair in rats.Methods:A total of 60 healthy Wistar rats were divided into four groups,normal control group,model group,and low dose group(1.5 g/d)and high dose group(3 g/d)of S.miltiorrhiza aqueous extract,15 in each group.The model of vascular endothelial injury in rats was established with adrenaline hydrochloride solution,and serum of these rats was collected from the tail vein on days 1,8 and 17 after adrenalin injection.Then von Willebrand factor(vWF),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)and interleukin 10(IL-10)were tested.Results:The content of vWF,VEGF and MCP-1 in the aqueous extract groups was lower and the content of IL-10 was higher than those in the model group.Conclusion:The aqueous extract of S.miltiorrhiza had obvious promoting effect on vascular endothelial repair in injured rats.
