摘 要:外周血淋巴细胞染色体G显带制备方法在临床应用广泛,作为遗传学诊断中最为基础也是最行之有效的一种检测手段。制备过程繁琐,接种、收获、制片、显带等操作可能都对其最终结果产生一定影响。但现在并没有统一的制备标准,并且进行该操作的实验室环境以及操作人员手法和相关的步骤也有很大的差异,这就导致染色体检查质量有很大区别。本文针对于国内外报道的染色体G显带制备方法进行综述,从而帮助提升染色体制备的核型质量。The preparation of chromosome G banding in peripheral blood lymphocytes has been widely used in clinical practice,and is the most basic and effective classical detection method in clinical genetic diagnosis.The whole preparation process including inoculation,harvest,preparation and banding is complicated,which can affect the final effect of chromosome specimen.However,there is no unified standard for karyotype preparation at_(p)resent.Laboratory conditions and operation procedures are different,resulting in great differences in the effect of chromosome specimen preparation.This paper reviews the improved techniques of chromosome specimen preparation reported at home and abroad in order to improve the quality of chromosome preparation and karyotype analysis.
