摘  要:为研究混凝土工程施工质量对地铁轨道受力特性的影响,基于有限元方法建立了无砟轨道静力学模型。模拟列车静荷载作用,对轨枕承轨台与道床板顶面之间相对高差为10~110 mm情况下的轨道力学特性进行了系统性分析。研究结果表明:轨枕最大主拉、压应力分别为1.553 MPa和3.037 MPa,道床板最大主拉、压应力分别为0.676 MPa和1.231 MPa,道床板的最大三向应力、最大主应力均小于轨枕,且均不到其1/2;随着相对高差的增大,轨枕最大主拉应力逐渐逼近抗拉设计强度。综合考虑列车静荷载作用下轨枕及道床板的受力特点,轨枕承轨台与道床板的相对高差为约50 mm为宜。In order to study the influence of concrete engineering construction quality on the mechanical characteristics of subway track,a finite element calculation model of ballastless track was established.The static load of the train was simulated and the mechanical characteristics of the track under the relative height difference of 10~110 mm between the rail bearing platform and the upper surface of the track slab were systematically analyzed.The results show the following:In terms of the maximum value of principal tensile and compressive stresses,for the sleepers,they are 1.553 MPa and 3.037 MPa,respectively,but for the track slab,they are 0.676 MPa and 1.231 MPa.The maximum three-dimensional stress and the maximum principal stress of the track slab were smaller than the sleepers,and the stress value was generally less than 1/2 of the latter.With the increase of the relative height difference,the maximum principal tensile stress of the sleepers gradually approached the tensile design strength.Considering the stress characteristics of the sleepers and the track slab under the action of the static train load,it is suggested that the relative height difference between the rail bearing platform and the track slab should be about 50 mm.
