摘　　要：γ-氨基丁酸(γ-aminobutyric acid,GABA)是非蛋白氨基酸类的一种,其不仅积极加入到各种代谢活动中去充当抑制性神经递质的角色,还具有静心安神、参与组织再生、抗癌、降低血压等功效。阐述了GABA的药理功能,对GABA的常用测定方法进行了介绍,并展望了红枣中GABA的研究,为后期红枣中GABA检测方法优化提供理论参考。γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)is a non-protein amino acid that is widely distributed in animal and flora and microorganisms,is an important inhibitory neurotransmitter,not only participating in a variety of metabolic activities,but also is calm,adjust hormone metabolism,lowering blood pressure and other effects.The pharmacological function of GABA in jujube fruit was expounded,and the methods of determination of GABA in jujube fruit was introduced,and the GABA research content in jujube frui was prospected,providing theoretical reference for later determination of GABA in jujube fruit.
