摘 要:为了减轻DesaltJWP-26-C系列船用海水淡化装置的运行管理压力,开发出基于PLC的装置自动控制系统。以控制装置的产水量为例,在环境条件或结构性能变化时,该自动控制系统采集数据和PID运算后,产生PWM输出信号,控制电液比例流量阀的动作,来调节加热水流量,确保装置的产水量维持在初始值上。该控制系统提升该系列装置的响应速度和控制精度,可以考虑在其它船用海水淡化装置上推广应用。In order to improve operation and management of Desalt JWP-26-C series Marine desalination plant, an automatic control system based on PLC was developed. Taking the water production of the control unit as an example, this paper expounds that when the environmental conditions or structural performance changes, the automatic control system collects data and proceed PID algorithm to generate PWM output signal and control the action of the electro-hydraulic proportional flow valve so as to adjust the heating water flow and ensure that the water production of the device is maintained at the initial value. The control system can improve the response speed and control precision of the series of devices, which can be considered for applications in other Marine desalination devices.
