摘　　要：探究不同增容剂对聚对苯二甲酸-己二酸丁二酯(PBAT)/热塑性淀粉(TPS)复合材料的影响,以期解决复合材料的相容性问题。采用高压反应釜制备TPS,以甘油作为增塑剂,选取柠檬酸三丁酯(TBC)、亚磷酸三苯酯(TPPI)、多元共聚聚酯(PVE)三种增容剂,将淀粉、PBAT、甘油、不同增容剂混合均匀后通过双螺杆挤出机混炼制备PBAT/淀粉复合材料切片。通过扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射、热重分析等对不同增容剂的共混样品进行表面微观形貌、结晶度、热学性能与拉伸性能表征及测试。结果表明,引入增容剂导致复合材料的结晶度和热稳定性下降;增容剂PVE的增容效果显著,而TBC,TPPI会破坏淀粉分子间氢键,无法达到有效的增容;向复合材料中添加PVE后,其拉伸性能明显改善,拉伸强度可达22.5 MPa;相容性能够影响宏观力学性能,因此选择合适的增容剂是关键。To investigate the effects of different compatibilizers on the poly(butyleneadipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT)/starch composites in order to solve the compatibility problem of composites.Gelatinized starch was prepared by high-pressure reactor,glycerol was used as plasticizer,three compatibilizers were selected:tributyl citrate(TBC),triphenyl phosphite(TPPI),poly copolyester(PVE),starch,PBAT,glycerol and different compatibilizers were mixed evenly,and then PBAT/starch composite chips were prepared by twin-screw extruder.The surface morphology,crystallinity,thermodynamic and mechanical properties of the com-posites with different compatibilizers were characterized by scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffractometer,thermogravimetric analyzer.The results show that the introduction of compatibilizer decrease the crystallinity and thermal stability of the composites.The compatibilizer PVE has remarkable compatibilization effect,while TBC and TPPI can destroy the hydrogen bond between starch molecules,but can not achieve effective compatibilization.When PVE is added to the composites,its tensile properties are significantly improved,and its tensile strength reaches 22.5 MPa.Compatibility can affect the macroscopic mechanical properties,so the selection of appropriate compatibilizer is the key.
