摘  要:千枚岩由于其风化残留、风化不均、砂质化、遇水流体化等特殊性,在桩基施工中容易产生孔壁垮塌、钻孔倾斜等孔内事故,导致进尺艰难,基于此,文中结合实例,通过配制高性能化学泥浆、采用和制作针对性的钻具、调整钻进参数等措施,以解决在千枚岩地层大深度钻孔的难题。Due to the particularity of phyllite, such as weathering residue, uneven weathering, sandy, and fluidization in water, it is easy to produce in hole accidents such as hole wall collapse and borehole inclination in pile foundation construction, resulting in difficult footage.Based on this, this paper, combined with examples, solves the problem of large-depth drilling in phyllite formation by taking measures such as preparing high-performance chemical mud, adopting and making targeted drilling tools, and adjusting drilling parameters.
