摘  要:为赋予真丝织物更多功能性以拓展其应用空间,以双乔真丝织物为原料,氧化石墨烯分散液为染液,通过3次浸轧-烘干-还原-干燥工序制备了一种还原石墨烯改性真丝织物。用扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶红外光谱、X射线衍图谱和拉曼光谱分析了rGO改性真丝织物的形貌和分子结构变化,测试了rGO改性真丝织物的抑菌、防紫外、染色和服用性能。结果表明:rGO片被覆在蚕丝纤维表面,其存在并未破坏真丝织物的二级结构。真丝织物被rGO改性后不仅表现出了良好的抑菌和防紫外效果,还基本保持了原有的服用性能。In order to endow silk fabric with more functions and expand its applications,a reduced graphene(rGO)-modified silk fabric is prepared by three-step of dip-roll-dry-reduction-dry process using silk Double Joe fabric as raw material and graphene oxide dispersion as dyeing solution.The morphology and molecular structural changes of the rGO-modified silk fabric are analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray diffraction spectroscopy(XRD)and Raman spectroscopy(Raman).The antibacterial,anti-UV,K/S value and wearing properties of the rGO modified silk fabrics are tested.The results show that the existence of rGO sheets is on the surface of the silk fibers do not destroy the secondary structure of the silk fabric.The silk fabric modified with rGO not only shows good anti-bacterial and anti-UV effects,but also maintains the original wearability.
