摘　　要：畜牧业的高速发展,对高校人才培养提出了更高的要求。动物科学专业不仅要培养创新型专业人才,更要培养具有创造、创业精神和能力的复合型人才,这是农业高等教育面临的新挑战。如何培养具有创新、创造和创业能力的动物科学专业人才,是新农科建设对畜牧人才培养提出的要求,更是我国农业高等教育的职责。分析动物科学专业大学生创新能力培养存在的主要问题,并提出相应的解决策略,为动物科学专业构建创新型人才培养模式提供借鉴。With the rapid development of animal husbandry,talent training in colleges and universities is faced with more requirements.Not only the innovative professionals but also the versatile talents with creativity,entrepreneurial spirit and ability are needed in animal science,which is a new challenge faced by agricultural higher education.How to train undergraduate students majoring in animal science with innovative,creative and entrepreneurial ability is the requirement of the construction of new agricultural science to animal husbandry talent training,and is the responsibility of agricultural higher education in China.This paper summarizes the main problems existing in the cultivation of innovative ability of college students majoring in animal science,and puts forward the corresponding solutions,which can provide reference for the construction of innovative talent cultivation mode in animal science.
