腹腔镜下阑尾切除术后Trocar部位疝引起慢性肠梗阻1例报道

摘　　要：报道1例以反复左下腹胀痛为主要表现,诊断为肠梗阻的病例。患者行腹腔镜探查后发现,原阑尾戳卡孔处未完全修复,形成了Trocar部位疝(Trocar site hernia,TSH)。报道此病例以提高对该疾病的认识,提升临床诊治水平。A male patient with recurrent left lower abdominal distention and pain was diagnosed as intestinal obstruction,but the cause was unknown.During the laparoscopic surgery,the puncture of the original appendix in the left lower abdomen was not completely repaired,resulting in the formation of Trocar site hernia(TSH).The case was reported to improve the understanding of the disease,and improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
