摘　　要：通过1例胃大部切除术后胃空肠横结肠瘘患者的临床诊疗,以增强临床医师对胃空肠结肠瘘的认识,减少漏诊、误诊的发生。The clinical diagnosis and treatment of a patient with gastrojejunum transverse colon fistula after subtotal gastrectomy were reported to enhance the understanding of clinicians on patients with gastrojejunocolonic fistula and reduce the occurrence of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
