摘　　要：孤立性骨囊肿(SBC)为发病机制不明的骨瘤样病变,多见于儿童,其病变约占骨瘤样病变的22%。多发生于肱骨、股骨上端,临床表现一般不明显,往往因为病理性骨折出现疼痛、肿胀等症状就诊时被发现,临床上大多数处理方式是在切开直视下对骨囊肿行边缘刮除术,解除占位后,促使新骨填充,以恢复骨的正常力学功能;由于在关节内骨囊肿的处理上具有手术创伤大、术区暴露不全、易损伤血管神经和重要组织及关节附件等不足之处,本文报道一例29岁男性患者,因膝关节不适来沈阳市骨科医院就诊,经系统性检查后确诊孤立性骨囊肿,给予关节镜下行右膝关节内股骨远端孤立性骨囊肿刮除术,取得了良好的治疗效果,为临床上治疗关节内骨囊肿提供一种微创的手术方式。Solitary bone cyst is an osteoma-like lesion of unknown pathogenesis,mostly seen in children,and its lesions account for about 22%of osteoma-like lesions.It mostly occurs at the upper end of humerus and femurs without obvious clinical manifestations,and is often detected based on pathological fractures with symptoms of pain and swelling.Clinically,slitting and edge curettage are mostly used for bone cysts under direct vision to relieve the occupancy and promote new bone filling to restore the normal mechanical function of the bone.However,shortcomings such as large surgical trauma,incomplete exposure of the surgical area,and easy to damage vascular nerves,important tissues and joint attachments are found in the treatment of intra-articular bone cysts by such surgical method.Therefore,this paper herein reports a case of a 29-yearold male patient who came to Shenyang Orthopedic Hospital due to knee discomfort and was diagnosed with solitary bone cyst after systematic examination,and was then treated with arthroscopic edge curettage via the distal femur on right knee joint with ideal efficacy,providing a minimally invasive surgery to treat intraarticular bone cysts.
