摘 要:探讨苏州大学儿科临床医学院实施本科导师制对本科医学生专业学习、临床技能操作、科研创新、就业规划等方面的影响。通过对2013—2016年入学已完成本科阶段学习并全程参与本科导师制的学生采用网络问卷调查的方式,了解本科生导师制实施的情况,发现实施过程中的问题并加以分析,以期在今后的工作中得以完善。本科导师制在实施的数年时间里体现出良好的优越性,但也存在着一些不足。为使本科导师制发挥更大的作用,可以明确选择标准、建立培训体系、完善考评机制,实行全程导师制,提高学生的积极主动性。This paper explores the influence of undergraduate tutorial system on professional learning,clinical skill,scientific research innovation and employment planning in Pediatric Clinical College of Soochow University.A questionnaire survey was conducted among students who enrolled from 2013 to 2016,completed their undergraduate study and participated in the undergraduate tutorial system,to understand the implementation of the tutorial system for undergraduates,find out the problems in the implementation process and analyze them,in order to improve the system in the future work.It has been implemented in our college for several years,but it also has some disadvantages.The undergraduate tutorial system can play a greater role by clearing selection criteria,establishing training system,improving the evaluation mechanism,implementing whole-course tutorial system and enhancing the initiative of students.
