摘  要:针对我国现阶段应急管理人才供需不平衡,民众应急专业知识普及率低,高校培养的学生无法满足社会对应用型应急管理领域人才需求的现状,在分析目前应急管理专业培养方案存在问题的基础上,借鉴国外应急管理人才培养经验,结合《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和二〇三五年远景目标的建议》,对我国现阶段应急管理人才培养方式进行了探究。明确了新时期应急管理人才培养目标,并在优化“线上+线下”融合的课程体系、加强师资队伍建设、增加实践教学内容、创新人才培养模式等方面提出了具体应对方案,对新时期我国应急管理学科建设、应用型人才的培养发展具有重要参考意义。In view of the imbalance between the supply and demand of emergency management talents in China at the present stage,the low popularization rate of emergency professional knowledge of the public,and the fact that the students trained by colleges and universities can not meet the social demand for applied emergency management talents,in combination with the proposal of the CPC Central Committee on formulating the 14th five-year plan for national economic and social development and the long-term goals for 2035,this paper explores the training mode of emergency management talents at the current stage in China.It clarifies the training objectives of emergency management talents in the new period,and puts forward specific solutions in terms of optimizing the curriculum system of“Online+offline”integration,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,increasing practical teaching content,and innovating the talent training mode,which has important reference significance for the construction of emergency management discipline and the training and development of application-oriented talents in China in the new period.
