摘　　要：开展“新工科”背景下“三全育人”建设研究属于工程科技人才培养模式的改革与实践,构建基于科学合理交叉融合的多学科课程体系,健全在新工科背景下的创新人才培养实践平台,改革完善评价考核机制,促进提升人才培养质量,逐步推动课堂教学、创新导向、结合实践、自主学习融为一体的多学科教育体系的建立健全,实现人才培养质量进一步提升。Reformation and practice of the training mode of"Three-wide education"for engineering science and technology talents are carried out under the background of"new engineering".It is necessary to construct a scientific and reasonable curriculum system of multi-disciplinary integration to improve the practice platform of innovative talent training,reform the evaluation mechanism,and to promote the improvement of talent training quality,which will gradually establish and improve a multi-disciplinary education system featuring classroom teaching,innovation-oriented,integration with practice and independent learning for further improving the quality of talent training.
