摘 要:针对故障树分析法在处理污水系统故障时不能获取全部故障信息和故障发生概率的局限性,提出一种基于模糊理论和灰色关联算法相结合的故障树分析方法。利用故障树分析法求解影响污水系统故障的所有最小割集,利用三角模糊函数表示底事件的发生概率,得到底事件的模糊概率;计算出顶事件的模糊概率和各底事件的模糊重要度,将处理好的数据代入灰色关联模型,计算出各最小割集与顶事件之间的灰色关联度;对事件的灰色关联度进行排序,找出该系统的薄弱环节,提出改进措施。该方法基本解决了由于故障信息的缺失而导致的污水系统故障问题,与污水处理厂实际获取的数据相符。In view of the limitation that the fault tree analysis(FTA)cannot obtain all fault information and fault occurrence probability when dealing with sewage system faults,a fault tree analysis method based on the combination of fuzzy theory and grey correlation algorithm is proposed.Specifically,the fault tree analysis method is used to solve all the minimum cut sets affecting the fault of sewage system.The triangular fuzzy function is used to represent the occurrence probability of the bottom event,and the fuzzy probability of the bottom event is obtained.The fuzzy probability of the top event and the fuzzy importance of each bottom event are calculated.The processed data are then introduced into the grey correlation model to calculate the grey correlation degree between the minimum cut set and the top event,sort the grey correlation degree of the event,find out the weak links of the system,and propose improvement measures.The method basically solves the fault problem of the sewage system caused by the lack of fault information,which is consistent with the data obtained by the actual sewage treatment plant.
