摘　　要：论文以佳木斯大学信息电子技术学院学生的工程实践、创新创业能力为培养目标,分析新工科内涵和电类基础课程现状,根据专业的特点,从课程体系、教学内容、教学方法等方面研究新工科背景下电类基础课程改革与实践,探索电类专业人才培养的规律和有效途径。研究成果将为其它课程的改革与实践提供可参考的经验和实例。Paper to jiamusi university information electronic technology college students’ engineering practice and innovation ability as the training target, analyses the new connotation of the engineering and the status quo of the electricity class foundation course, according to the characteristics of the professional, from curriculum system, teaching content, teaching method under the background of new engineering research from the aspects such as the electricity class foundation course reform and practice, discuss the law of electricity class specialized talents training and effective way. The research results will provide reference experience and examples for the reform and practice of other courses.
