电针联合超激光治疗过敏性鼻炎效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨电针联合超激光治疗过敏性鼻炎效果观察。方法:将2019年1月-2020年8月在广州市第十二人民医院耳鼻喉科治疗的116例过敏性鼻炎患者随机分为两组,对照组使用超激光穴位照射治疗,在此基础上,观察组使用电针联合超激光穴位照射治疗,对比两组的临床疗效、症状积分变化、体液免疫指标。结果:观察组治疗有效率为94.83%,明显高于对照组的75.86%(P=0.001);观察组治疗后鼻塞、鼻痒、流清涕、打喷嚏等症状积分明显低于对照组(P=0.045,0.039,0.039,0.038);观察组治疗后CD3+、CD4+水平明显高于对照组,CD8+水平明显低于对照组(P=0.001,0.001,0.005)。结论:电针联合超激光治疗过敏性鼻炎效果显著,能有效抑制鼻腔内变态反应性炎症,调整机体免疫功能,改善鼻通气功能,缓解鼻塞、流涕等症状,具有积极的临床意义。Objective:To observe the effect of electroacupuncture combined with ultra-laser in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods:116 patients with allergic rhinitis who were treated in the Otolaryngology Department of Guangzhou 12th People's Hospital from January 2019 to August 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with electroacupuncture.On this basis,the observation group was treated with ultra-laser point irradiation,and changes in symptom integration of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate was 94.83%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 75.86%in the control group(P=0.001).After treatment,the scores of nasal congestion,itching,runny nose and sneezing in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P=0.045,0.039,0.039,0.038).Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture combined with ultra-laser therapy has a significant effect on allergic rhinitis,it can effectively inhibit allergic inflammation in the nasal cavity,improve nasal ventilation function,relieve nasal congestion,runny nose and other symptoms,and it has positive clinical significance.
