中药复方四参解毒汤辅助治疗食管癌的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析中药复方四参解毒汤辅助治疗食管癌的疗效。方法:本次研究中的观察对象均为食管癌患者,抽取的84例患者入院时间均在2014年2月-2015年2月期间。应用数字随机分组的方式将患者分为两组,对照组患者均接受常规化疗治疗,观察组患者在接受常规化疗治疗的基础上实施中药复方四参解毒汤治疗。比较两组食管癌患者的生存率、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、生活质量以及外周血免疫球蛋白变化情况。结果:观察组患者的临床总好转率明显高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者的一年生存率、三年生存率、五年生存率明显高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者治疗后的卡氏功能状态评分法(Karnofsky Performance Status,KPS)评分明显高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者治疗后的免疫球蛋白G(Immune Globulin G,IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(Immune Globulin A,IgA)以及免疫球蛋白M(Immune Globulin M,IgM)水平均明显低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者的放射性食管炎发生率、放射性肺炎发生率、白细胞减少发生率、血小板减少发生率均明显低于对照组。结论:中药复方四参解毒汤辅助治疗食管癌的临床疗效可观,有利于减少不良反应的发生,改善其生活质量以及机体免疫能力。Objective:To analyze the curative effects of the Sishen Jiedu decoction(四参解毒汤),a traditional Chinese herbal compound,on esophageal cancer.Methods:Eighty-four cases from February 2014 to February 2015 were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group received conventional chemotherapy,and the patients in the observation group were treated by conventional chemotherapy plus the Sishen Jiedu decoction.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05.The one-year,three-year,and five-year survival rates in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.The KPS score in the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05.The levels of IgG,IgA and IgM after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,P<0.05.The incidences of radiation esophagitis,radiation pneumonia,leukopenia,and thrombocytopenia in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.Conclusion:The Sishen Jiedu decoction shows considerable clinical efficacy on esophageal cancer,is beneficial to reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and can ameliorate the quality of life and immunity of the body.
