摘　　要：咳嗽为儿科常见病、多发病,王晓平主任治疗小儿咳嗽以宣降肺气为主,善用麻黄,辨证重视听诊和舌诊。对于急性发病,穴位放血急泻其热,之后以中药巩固疗效;慢性者,以益气固表健脾为主,多用玉屏风散、参苓白术散加味。Cough is a common and frequently occurring disease in pediatrics.The method of relieving lung-Qi(气)and making good use of Mahuang(ephedra)is mainly applied to treat pediatric cough by Director WANG Xiaoping.Auscultation and tongue diagnosis were emphasized in syndrome differentiation by the director.In case of acute onset,the acupoint bloodletting therapy is used to rapidly reduce its heat,and then Chinese materia medica is applied to consolidate therapeutic effect.For chronic pediatric cough,it is mainly to replenish Qi,consolidate exterior,and strengthen the spleen.Yupingfeng San(玉屏风散)and Shenling Baizhu San(参苓白术散)are mostly used in the treatment.
