《伤寒论》“发黄”证治浅析

摘　　要：《伤寒论》中“发黄”病证之病因病机主要责之于湿热蕴结于脾胃,土壅木郁,脾色外现故而发黄。发病之前往往出现“心中懊侬”这一先兆,且必同时具有无汗或汗出不彻、小便不利两个症状。笔者结合临床经验,将“发黄”病证依据湿热主要所处部位不同分为三种类型进行论治。The etiology and pathogenesis of jaundice syndrome in Shanghan Lun(《伤寒论》)is mainly attributed to dampness and heat accumulation in the spleen and stomach,soil indicates depression,the spleen appears yellow.Before the disease often appear omen of Aonong(懊侬)in heart,and at the same time must have no sweat or can’t sweat,adverse urine symptoms.Based on the clinical experience,the author divides jaundice syndrome into three types for treatment according to the different parts of dampness and heat.
