摘  要:为了提高设计人员在轻载机械臂示教系统交互质量评价阶段中进行合理决策的效率,并为轻载机械臂示教系统的交互设计提供理论指导,提出了一种基于AHP-熵权TOPSIS法的示教系统交互质量评价方法。首先通过文献分析和用户调研建立了示教系统交互质量评价指标体系,并将用户需求映射成交互设计要素,确定了TOPSIS的评价对象;其次,运用AHP和熵权法分别确定评价指标的权重,进行组合赋权求得综合权重;然后通过计算交互设计要素与评价指标的贴近程度,确定了交互质量要素的排序,从而获得示教系统的交互设计重点。基于AHP、熵权法和TOPSIS法构建了轻载机械臂示教系统的交互质量评价体系,减少了设计评价中的主观性和片面性,同时也为轻载机械臂示教系统的交互设计提供了理论参考。In order to improve the efficiency of reasonable decision-making in the interactive quality evaluation stage of light load manipulator teaching system,and provide theoretical guidance for the interactive design of light load manipulator teaching system,an interactive quality evaluation method of teaching system based on AHP entropy weight TOPSIS is is proposed.Firstly,through literature analysis and user research,the evaluation index system of interactive quality of teaching system is established,and the user needs are mapped to the design elements of interactive design,and the evaluation object of TOPSIS is determined;Secondly,AHP and entropy weight method are used to determine the weight of evaluation indexes respectively,and combined weight is used to obtain the comprehensive weight;Then,by calculating the closeness between the interactive design elements and the evaluation index,the order of the interactive quality elements is determined,so as to obtain the interactive design focus of the teaching system.Based on AHP,entropy weight method and TOPSIS method,the interactive quality evaluation system of light load manipulator teaching system is constructed,which not only reduces the subjectivity and one sidedness in the design evaluation,but also provides a theoretical reference for the interactive design of light load manipulator teaching system.
