摘 要:基于ABAQUS软件对某车型控制臂球销座进行了拉脱力仿真分析,根据自适应接触理论,采用显示动力学求解器,仿真验证出极限拉脱力为53.1 kN时峰值位移量为8.77 mm,将计算出的拉脱力-位移关系曲线与台架试验测试曲线进行拟合对标,误差率控制在5%以内,其结果满足一致性要求,归纳总结了针对性较强的,具有较高精度的仿真分析方法流程,为相关零部件的设计开发及试验验证提供了理论指导。Based on ABAQUS software,the ball pin seat of the control arm which a certain vehicle was simulated with pull-out force.According to the adaptive contact theory,the display dynamics solver was used to simulation verifies that the peak displacement is 8.77 mm when the ultimate pull-out force is 53.1 kN,use which to compare the calculated pull-out force-displacement curve with the bench test curve,the error rate shall be controlled within 5%,and the results met the consistency requirements.The simulation process with stronger pertinence and high precision is summarized,which provides theoretical guidance for the design,testing and experiment verification of the relevant parts.
