摘　　要：肥胖与甲状腺癌是临床上十分常见的两种疾病,无论是在生理上还是心理上都给患者造成了严重的影响,在临床上往往将二者作为两种独立的疾病来治疗,然而二者之间在病因病机方面是有一定相关性的,根据导师多年来治疗肥胖及甲状腺相关疾病的临床经验,并结合相关中医经典古籍,发现甲状腺癌的发生与肥胖有着密切的关系,肥胖是导致甲状腺癌发生的重要诱因。具体二者之间的相关性可以从中医病因、中医病机以及经络相关性三个方面分析。Obesity and thyroid cancer are two common diseases in clinical practice,which severely influence the patients physically and mentally.Clinically,they are often treated as two separate diseases,however,there is a correlation in etiology and pathogenesis between them.It is found that the occurrence of thyroid cancer is closed related to obesity,and obesity is an important cause of thyroid cancer based on the tutor’s many years of clinical experience in treating obesity and thyroid diseases and by reviewing relevant TCM classics.The correlation between them can be analyzed from three aspects of TCM etiology,TCM pathogenesis and meridians correlation.
