基于扎根理论的农民专业合作社规范运行影响因素分析

摘　　要：基于106篇研究中国农民专业合作社规范运行影响因素及路径选择的原始文献资料,利用扎根理论这一质性研究方法对影响中国农民专业合作社规范运行的因素进行了系统性归纳,通过开放式编码、主轴式编码和选择式编码三级编码流程,得到初始概念86个、初始范畴15个、主范畴4个、核心范畴2个。结果显示,中国农民专业合作社的规范运行受到内部因素和外部因素两大核心范畴的共同影响。最后,依据编码过程对结果进行了相应分析并得出结论,从2个层面提出促进合作社规范运行的对策建议。Based on 106 original documents on the influencing factors and path selection of the standardized operation of farmers’professional cooperatives in China,the factors affecting the standardized operation of farmers’professional cooperatives in China were systematically summarized by using the qualitative research method of grounded theory.Through the three-level coding process of open coding,spindle coding and selective coding,86 initial concepts,15 initial categories,4 main categories and 2 core categories were obtained.The results showed that the standardized operation of farmers’professional cooperatives in China was jointly affected by two core categories of internal factors and external factors.Finally,according to the coding process,the results were analyzed and a conclusion was drawn,and countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to promote the standardized operation of cooperatives from two levels.
