摘  要:为了准确掌握风机结构在实际运行中的动态特性,对风机结构的振动响应和运行数据进行现场监测,基于随机子空间算法(Stochastic Subspace Identification,SSI),使用3种不同的加权算法对监测数据进行模态分析,并将其与数值模型的模态分析结果进行比较。结果表明:SSI-UPC和SSI-PC算法精度较高,且采用SSI-UPC算法可以识别出较多的模态阶数,而SSI-CVA算法识别效果最差。此外,风机的数值模型在频域特征上与实际风机基本一致。该成果可以为同类型风机的设计、数值模拟提供参考和验证,同时为连续识别风机运行过程中的重要振动模态奠定基础。In order to accurately understand the dynamic characteristics of the wind turbine structure in operation,the vibration response and operation data of the wind turbine structure were monitored on site,and the modal analysis of the monitoring data was carried out by using three different weighted algorithms of the Stochastic Subspace Identification(SSI),such as SSI-UPC,SSI-PC and SSI-CVA.The results were compared with those of the numerical model.The results show that the SSI-UPC and SSI-PC algorithms have higher accuracy,SSI-UPC can identify the modals of more orders,while the identification effect of SSI-CVA algorithm was the worst.In addition,the numerical model was basically consistent with the actual wind turbine in frequency domain.The results can provide reference and verification for the design and numerical simulation of the same type of wind turbines,and lay the foundation for continuous identification of important vibration modes in the operation process of wind turbines.
