摘 要:装载机传动轴的功率是评价其能耗特性的重要指标,为了测量某型轮式装载机液力变矩器输出轴的功率,本次研究采用应变式扭矩传感器和霍尔转速传感器分别测量输出轴的扭矩和转速。通过Catia建立并简化了输出轴各组成部分的三维模型,装配完成后将模型导入到Ansys Workbench中进行静力学分析。通过对比分析三组不同约束条件下得到的输出轴的应力云图,初步确定应变片在输出轴上的粘贴位置。通过拉压机对扭矩传感器进行了标定,标定结果表明该扭矩测试系统工作稳定,线性度良好。将整套轴功率测试系统安装在轴上测点处,选取装载机的典型工况进行实车实验。实验结果表明设计的轴功率测试系统工作稳定,测量结果准确有效。The power of the loader drive shaft is an important indicator to evaluate its energy consumption characteristics.In order to measure the power of the output shaft of the hydraulic torque converter of a certain type of wheel loader,this study uses straintype torque sensors and Hall speed sensors to measure the torque and speed of the output shaft.The three-dimensional model of each component of the output shaft is established and simplified by Catia.After the assembly is completed,the model is imported into Ansys Workbench for static analysis.By comparing and analyzing the stress cloud images of the output shaft obtained under three different sets of constraints,the position of the strain gauge on the output shaft is preliminarily determined.The torque sensor is calibrated by a tension press,and the calibration results show that the torque test system works stably and has good linearity.Install the whole set of shaft power test system on the measuring point on the shaft,and select the typical working condition of the loader to carry out the actual vehicle test.The experimental results show that the designed shaft power test system works stably and the measurement results are accurate and effective.
