摘 要:通过室内沙疗实验结合有限元法,分析沙疗过程人体下肢温度场对应力场的影响规律,为沙疗治疗骨性关节炎的临床疗效提供理论支持。根据埋沙厚度(压力)、沙疗时人体下肢表面温度的不同,将受试者分为10cm45℃、10cm50℃、20cm45℃、20cm50℃四组,分别采集人体下肢埋沙300s、600s、900s、1200s时所受压力和沙体表面温度。应用Mimics、Geomagic、UG、ANSYS Workbench等软件分别模拟人体下肢在四种工况下总变形和等效应力,并比较埋沙厚度相同条件下,温度增大5℃时,其总变形和等效应力的相对改变量。结果显示,在沙疗300s、600s、900s、1200s时,10cm50℃组与10cm45℃组比较,人体下肢总变形和等效应力分别增大8.36%、5.43%、4.85%、3.27%和34.84%、33.78%、29.93%、24.25%;20cm50℃组与20cm45℃组比较,人体下肢总变形和等效应力分别增大6.97%、3.40%、2.22%、1.37%和21.28%、20.65%、17.27%、14.10%。结果表明,沙疗下人体下肢温度场对应力场有影响。埋沙厚度相同条件下,温度增大时,人体下肢的总变形和等效应力均增大,导致人体下肢应力状态不断发生改变,起到天然按摩作用,进而加快了血液的循环及缓解疲劳。To investigate the effect of thermal field on stress field of lower limbs under sand therapy,and to provide theoretical support for the clinical effect of sand therapy on osteoarthritis,by using the method of the indoor sand therapy experiment combined with Finite Element Method(FEM).The subjects were divided into four groups respectively:10cm45℃,10cm50℃,20cm45℃and20cm50℃,according to the difference of sand burying thickness(pressure)and human lower limb surface temperature during sand treatment.The pressure and sand body surface temperature of lower limbs were collected after sand burying for 300s,600s,900s and 1200s.The software of Mimics,Geomagic,UG,ANSYS Workbench were applied to simulate the total deformation and equivalent stress of human lower limbs under four working conditions respectively,and to compare the relative changes of the total deformation and equivalent stress when the temperature increases by 5℃ under the same buried sand thickness.When the sand treatment time is300s,600s,900s,1200s,the total deformation of lower limbs in the 10cm50℃ group increased by 8.36%,5.43%,4.85%,3.27%,and equivalent stress increased by 34.84%,33.78%,29.93% and 24.25%,respectively,compared with the 10cm45℃ group.Compared with the 20cm45℃ group,the total deformation of lower limbs in the 20cm50℃ group increased by 6.97%,3.40%,2.22%,1.37%and equivalent stress increased by 21.28%,20.65%,17.27%,14.10%,respectively.The results show that thermal field has influence on stress field under sand therapy.Under the same condition of buried sand thickness,when the temperature is higher,the total deformation and equivalent stress of human lower limbs all increase,leading to constant changes in the stress state of human lower limbs,which plays a natural massage role,thus accelerating the circulation of blood and relieving fatigue.
