摘 要:为提升齿轮箱的使用寿命,以齿轮减速箱中一对齿轮副为研究对象,对轮齿修形并探究修形区域内轮齿修形对齿轮副动态啮合接触应力的影响。由标准渐开线方程以及应用walker修形法得出新的渐开线方程,根据两种渐开线方程基于APDL程序进行齿轮副的参数化建模,并根据接触原理对三种修形曲线的齿轮传动进行了动态啮合时的显式动力学仿真,依靠Hypermesh进行后处理分析以获得轮齿啮合时的接触应力值。结果表明:在一定工况下,对齿轮副进行修形可以改善轮齿进入啮合初始状态的接触应力,使得啮合更加平稳,最大接触应力最多可以减少35%,且双修形优于主动轮修行优于从动轮修形。本计算验证了特定工况下齿轮副中各齿轮修形对齿轮啮合的影响,对工程应用具有参考意义。Taking a pair of gear pairs in the gear reducer as the research object,in order to ensure the service life of the gear box,the shape of the gear teeth is modified and the influence of the tooth shape modification on the dynamic meshing contact stress of the gear pair in the modification area is investigated.The new involute equation is obtained by the standard involute equation and the walker modification method.The parametric modeling of the gear pair is carried out according to the two involute equations and based on APDL program,according to the contact model,the explicit dynamics simulation of the gear dynamic meshing is performed.The post-processing analysis was relied on Hypermesh to obtain the contact stress value when the gear teeth meshed.Under certain working conditions,the modification of the gear pair can significantly improve the contact stress of the gear teeth into the initial state of the meshing,so that the meshing is more stable and the maximum contact stress can be reduced by 35%,and the modification for both driving and driven gears is the best option.The influence of the gear shaping on the gear meshing in the gear pair is verified,and it has reference significance for engineering application.
