摘　　要：目的 探讨自体结膜瓣移植联合手术切除对翼状胬肉患者泪膜功能稳定性及视力的影响。方法 80例翼状胬肉患者随机分为两组,对照组采用翼状胬肉切除术治疗,观察组采用自体结膜瓣移植联合翼状胬肉切除术治疗,比较两组的泪膜功能、最佳矫正视力及OSDI评分。结果 术后3个月,观察组的SIT、 BUT长度均长于对照组,最佳矫正视力高于对照组,OSDI评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 自体结膜瓣移植联合手术切除可有效提高翼状胬肉患者的视力,改善泪膜功能,减轻干眼症状。Objective To explore the impact of autologous conjunctival flap transplantation combined with surgical resection on the stability of tear film function and visual acuity of patients with pterygium.Methods 80 patients with pterygium were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with pterygium resection surgery,and the observation group was treated with autologous conjunctival flap transplantation combined with pterygium resection surgery.The tear film function,best corrected visual acuity and OSDI score were compared between the two groups.Results 3 months after surgery,the SIT and BUT length of the observation group were longer than those of the control group,the best corrected visual acuity was higher than that of the control group,and the OSDI score was lower than that of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Autologous conjunctival flap transplantation combined with surgical resection can effectively improve the visual acuity of patients with pterygium,improve the tear film function and relieve the symptoms of dry eye.
