摘  要:研究旨在探讨有无光照对黑水虻幼虫生长发育的影响。黑水虻虫卵分别在黑暗(0 lx,黑暗组)和光照(13860 lx,光照组)培养箱中孵化和饲养,饲养结束分析黑水虻幼虫生物质转化效率、生长性能、粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量以及脂质代谢相关基因的mRNA表达水平。结果显示:有无光照不影响黑水虻幼虫的生物质转化效率(P>0.05);黑暗组的黑水虻幼虫生长性能优于光照组(P<0.05),粗蛋白含量显著低于光照组(P<0.05),粗脂肪含量显著高于光照组(P<0.05);同时,黑暗组黑水虻脂质代谢基因乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(ACC)、脂肪酸合成酶(FAS)、酰基辅酶A脱氢酶(ACD)和脂肪酶(LIP)的mRNA表达水平显著高于光照组(P<0.05)。以上结果表明,黑暗环境有利于黑水虻幼虫生长和脂肪沉积,光照环境有利于黑水虻幼虫蛋白质沉积。This study aimed to investigate the effects of light on the growth and development of black sol⁃dier fly larvae.The eggs were incubated and reared in dark(0 lx,dark group)and light(13860 lx,light group)incubators,respectively.The biomass conversion efficiency,growth performance,crude protein,crude fat content,and mRNA expression levels of lipid metabolism-related genes were analyzed after reating.The results showed that:light did not affect the biomass conversion efficiency of black soldier fly larvae(P>0.05).The growth performance of black soldier fly larvae in the dark group was better than those in the light group(P<0.05).The crude protein content was significantly lower than that in the light group(P<0.05),and the crude fat content was significantly higher than that in the light group(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the mRNA levels of ACC,FAS,ACD,and LIP were significantly higher in the dark group than that in the light group(P<0.05).The above results indicated that the dark environment promoted growth and lipid deposition of black soldier fly larvae,and the light environment promoted protein deposi⁃tion of black soldier fly larvae.
