某铁路辖区内消毒餐具消毒效果调查研究  

Investigation on the disinfection effect of disinfected tableware in a railway area

摘　　要：目的了解某铁路局各站段食堂和伙食团消毒餐具消毒效果情况。方法采集2018年7月—2021年6月的消毒餐具,采用大肠菌群(纸片法)对消毒效果进行监测。结果3年间共采集消毒餐具2540件,不合格率分别为8.04%、6.99%和10.72%;列车、站段机关食堂、站段车间食堂、沿线伙食团消毒餐具的不合格率分别为3.45%、7.86%、9.59%和16.62%;消毒柜餐具不合格率为5.04%,保洁柜消毒餐具不合格率为11.42%。结论3年期间,各站段食堂与伙食团的消毒餐具不合格率有差异,要加强沿线伙食团餐具消毒监督与管理,加大餐具卫生监测力度。Objective To understand the disinfection effect of disinfected tableware in canteens and messes in each station section of a railway bureau.Methods The disinfected tableware was collected from July 2018 to June 2021,and the disinfection effect was monitored by coliform(paper strip method).Results A total of 2540 pieces of disinfected tableware were collected in three years,and the unqualified detection rates were 8.04%,6.99%and 10.72%respectively;the unqualified detection rates of disinfected tableware in trains,station office’s canteens,station workshop’s canteens,and lineside messes were 3.45%,7.86%,9.59%and 16.62%,respectively;the unqualified detection rate of tableware in disinfection cabinet was 5.04%,and the unqualified detection rate of tableware in cleaning cabinet was 11.42%.Conclusion During the three-year period,the unqualified detection rates of disinfected tableware in canteens and messes of different station sections are different.It is necessary to strengthen the supervision and management of tableware disinfection in lineside messes,and strengthen the monitoring of tableware hygiene.
