摘 要:本文分析了洋山港12艘外来船舶的压载水样品,其中7份水样来源于近岸海域,5份来源于远海。共发现11种赤潮藻,隶属于硅藻门(8种)和甲藻门(3种)。12份样品中,丰度最高的赤潮藻是具槽直链藻(Melosira sulcata),达到(4.467±0.98)×10^(3)cells/L,其次是中肋骨条藻(Skeletonema costatum),达到(1.7±0.229)×10^(3)cells/L,其余赤潮藻的丰度相对较小,低于1×10^(3)cells/L。优势赤潮藻种有具槽直链藻,优势度为0.069;柔弱根管藻(Rhizosolenia delicatula),优势度为0.029;中肋骨条藻,优势度为0.150。检测出具尾翅甲藻(Dinophysis caudata)和利马原甲藻(Prorocentrum lima) 2种产毒赤潮藻,全部属于甲藻门。本研究显示,压载水中赤潮藻丰度与盐度、水温、pH和溶解氧无显著相关关系。研究表明,外来船舶压载水的排放对洋山港生态环境具有一定风险。This paper analyzes the ballast water samples of 12 foreign ships in Yangshan Port,7 of which were from coastal waters and 5 from the open sea.A total of 11 red tide algaes were found,belonging to Bacillariophyta(8 species) and Pyrrophyta(3 species).Among the 12 samples,the most abundant red tide algae was Melosira sulcata,which reached(4.467 ± 0.98) ×10^(3) cells/L,followed by Skeletonema costatum with the abundance reaching(1.7 ± 0.229) ×10^(3) cells/L.The abundance of the rest of the red tide algae is relatively smaller,less than 1 ×10^(3) cells/L.The dominant red tide algae species included M.sulcata with a dominance of 0.069,Rhizosolenia delicatula with a dominance of 0.029 and S.costatum with a dominance of 0.150.Two toxic red tide algaes,Dinophysis caudata and Prorocentrum lima,were detected,all belonging to Dinophyta.The research results show that the abundance of red tide algae in ballast water is not significantly related to salinity,water temperature,pH and dissolved oxygen.Studies have shown that the discharge of ballast water from foreign ships has certain risks to the ecological environment of Yangshan Port.
