摘 要:“教育学”既是师范专业的公共必修课程,也是形塑师范生职业理想、教育情怀和培育教师专业素养的重要课程。基于泰勒原理的四个基本问题建立了“价值”“内容”“方法”“结果”等四重维度,分析了教育学课程思政建设的逻辑框架和思路。在价值维度上,课程目标的拟定要围绕“四个参考点”形成“三大目标”;在内容维度上,课程思政素材的发掘以中华优秀传统文化为文脉根基,以“四个聚焦”为途径导向;在方法维度上,素材的组织遵循“三个标准”,着力建构“点—线—面—体”的基本架构;在结果维度上,秉持分类、分层、形成性评价理念,建立多元评价体系。文章丰富了课程思政相关研究成果,为高校教师教育课程思政提供借鉴。Pedagogy is a compulsory public course for normal college students, as well as an important course to shape students’ career ideal, education feelings and cultivate teachers’ professional quality. Based on the four basic problems of Taylor’s principle, this paper establishes four dimensions of “value”, “content”, “method” and “result”, and analyzes the logical framework and thinking of ideological and political construction of pedagogy curriculum. From the value dimension, the curriculum objective should construct “three objectives” around “four reference points”;in terms of content, the exploration of ideological and political materials of the course is based on traditional Chinese culture and guided by “four focuses”;in the dimension of method, material organization follows “three standards” and focuses on constructing the basic structure of “point-line-plane-body”;in the dimension of results, it upholds the concepts of classification, stratification and formation and establishes a multi-evaluation system. This paper enriches the research results of ideological and political curriculum, and provides reference for college teachers’ ideological and political education curriculum.
