摘　　要：我国传统大学文化以“做人”为核心问题,西方大学文化则在源头上体现了对“求知”问题的关注。近代历史上我国大学的“中体西用”与“全盘西化”两种文化变革模式,都没能真正取得成功。应当在认识上恢复对我国大学文化传统的文化自觉,以珍视与辩证地态度审视我国大学文化传统,根据时代特点在对我国传统大学文化关注的基础上,根据时代特点丰富对“做人”问题中“人”的理解,构建适合现代大学生长的中国特色大学文化。The traditional university culture in China mainly focused on “conducting oneself”, while the university culture in western countries is reflected on “the pursuit of knowledge” from the origin. In modern history, the two modes of cultural transformation in Chinese universities, namely “westernized Chinese system” and “overall westernization”, failed to achieve a real success. We should restore the traditional cultural consciousness of university culture in China and value university culture in China in a dialectical way. On the basis of preserving our traditional university culture, we should enrich our understanding of “conducting oneself” in accordance with the characteristics of era and build a university culture with Chinese characteristics suitable for modern college students.
