摘 要:目的分析比较rtStation、DeepViewer和AccuContour 3款国产软件自动勾画腹部肿瘤患者肝脏结构的准确性。方法选取2018-06-21-2019-06-14南京医科大学附属南京医院(南京市第一医院)收治的20例腹部肿瘤患者的定位CT图像进行回顾性研究。分别使用大图医疗的rtStation、慧软医疗的DeepViewer和Manteia公司的AccuContour 3款软件,在定位CT图像中自动勾画肝脏结构,所得结果与手工勾画的肝脏结构进行比较。通过分析体积差异(ΔV%)、位置差异(Δx、Δy、Δz和ΔL)、戴斯相似性系数(DSC)和勾画时间,比较3款软件在体积、位置、形状和用时方面自动勾画的效果和差异。结果rtStation、DeepViewer和AccuContour 3款软件自动勾画肝脏结构,ΔV%的中位数分别为-7.13%、-5.28%和-0.54%,ΔL的中位数分别为1.74、1.69和2.25 mm,DSC的中位数分别为0.933、0.936和0.943,自动勾画的中位时间分别为57、18和26 s。AccuContour与另外2款软件rtStation、DeepViewer两两比较,ΔV%和DSC差异有统计学意义,均P<0.05。结论使用rtStation、DeepViewer和AccuContour 3款软件的自动勾画工具,对腹部肿瘤放疗患者肝脏结构的勾画均能够达到满意的结果。3款软件各有优势,AccuContour在体积偏差和形状相似性方面效果最佳。Objective To evaluate and compare the accuracy of three kinds of domestic software(rtStation,DeepViewer and AccuContour) on automatic delineation of the liver structure for patients with abdominal tumor.Methods The planning CT series of 20 patients with abdominal tumor were enrolled for this retrospective study.The liver structure was automatically delineated in the planning CT for each patient by the three kinds of domestic software(rtStation of DATU,DeepViwer of HUIRUAN,AccuContour of MANTEIA) respectively.Then the results of automatic delineation of liver were compared with those of corresponding manual delineation.In order to compare the results and differences in automatic delineation among the three kinds of software,differences in volume(ΔV%),position(Δx,Δy,Δz and ΔL),dice similarity coefficient(DSC),and delineation time were assessed between the automatic and manual delineation.Results For rtStation,DeepViewer and AccuContour,median values of ΔV% were-7.13%,-5.28% and-0.54%,respectively;median values of ΔL were 1.74 mm,1.69 mm and 2.25 mm,respectively;median values of DSC were 0.933,0.936 and 0.943,respectively;median values of automatic delineation time were 57 s,18 s and 26 s,respectively.For ΔV% and DSC,the comparison results showed that there were significant statistical differences between AccuContour and rtStation,and between AccuContour and DeepViewer(all P<0.05).Conclusions By using the three kinds of automatic delineation domestic software(rtStation,DeepViewer and AccuContour),we can achieve satisfactory automatic delineation results of liver for patients with abdominal cancer.Each kind of software has its own advantages.The AccuContour software has the best results inΔV% and DSC.
