眼表综合分析仪在评估纹眼线患者眼表状况中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨眼表综合分析仪在评估纹眼线患者眼表状况中的临床应用。方法 研究收集了2017年01月-2020年01月在哈尔滨二四二医院眼科门诊就诊的曾经纹眼线的女性患者120例共240眼,年龄22-65岁,平均(40.13±11.81),纹眼线时长1-32年,平均(11.58±6.72)。按照纹眼线时长分为两组:10年以内组53例106眼和10年以上组67例134眼,在对所有患者由同一名有经验的临床医师进行眼表疾病指数(OSDI)问卷调查后,再分为干眼组和正常组。结果 对其进行干眼问卷调查及干眼相关参数检查(睑板腺红外照相、泪河高度、泪膜破裂时间、基础泪液分泌试验),并对所得到的临床数据进行统计学分析。结论 纹眼线患者的干眼发生率较高,尤其是纹眼线10年以上的患者干眼发生率更为明显,而其中睑板腺功能障碍是纹眼线患者发生干眼的重要病因。Objective To explore the clinical application of ocular surface comprehensive analyzer in evaluating the ocular surface condition of patients with striatal eyeliner. Methods From 2017-01 to 2020-01, 120 female patients with Tattoo on eyelid margin were treated at the ophthalmology clinic of Harbin 242 hospital, aged 22-65 years old, with an average age of(40.13±11.81)years. The average length of the Tattoo on eyelid margin was 1-32 years, with an average age of(11.58±6.72)years.According to the length of the Tattoo on eyelid margin, two groups were divided into : 53 cases, 106 eyes in ten years and 67 cases 134 eyes over ten years. After all patients were surveyed with the ocular surface Disease Index(OSDI) by the same experienced clinicians, the patients were divided into dry eye and normal groups. Results Dry eye questionnaire survey and dry eye related parameters(infrared photography of meibomian glands, tear river height, time of tear film rupture, basic tear secretion test) were conducted, and the obtained clinical data were statistically analyzed. Conclusions The incidence of dry eye was higher in patients with striatal line, especially for more than ten years, and meibomian gland dysfunction was an important cause of dry eye in patients with striatal line.
