额面填充式美容致眼睑局部肿物的临床探讨

摘　　要：目的 探讨额面填充式美容致眼睑局部肿物的临床特点和治疗方法。方法 回顾分析2019年8月-2021年7月眼科因额面填充式美容致眼睑局部肿物的患者11例15眼。其中3例5眼为玻尿酸填充后,7例8眼为自体脂肪填充后,1例2眼为自体脂肪填充联合双眼切开式重睑术后。3例5眼直接手术,1例1眼注射曲安奈德治疗后手术,4例5眼注射曲安奈德,2例3眼热敷按摩,1例1眼观察,分析治疗结果。结果 额面填充后致眼睑局部肿物影响外观及功能,先以保守治疗为主,无效可选择手术。结论 额面填充式美容逐渐普遍,对于其并发症眼睑肿物,若尝试保守治疗有效,可避免有创手术。若手术,需做好眼睑局部组织的保护及修复。Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and treatment of eyelid mass caused by frontal filling beauty. Methods Retrospective case series.From August 2019 to July 2021,11 patients(15 eyes) with eyelid mass caused by frontal filling beauty were collected from the Department of Ophthalmology, the Harbin 242 Hospital.Among them, 3 patients(5 eyes) were filled with hyaluronic acid, 7 patients(8 eyes) were filled with autologous fat, and 1 patient(2 eyes) was filled with autologous fat combined with double eyelid surgery. 3 patients(5 eyes) were operated directly, 1 patient(1 eye) was operated after treatment with triamcinolone acetonide, 4 patients(5 eyes) were treated with triamcinolone acetonide, 2 patients(3 eyes) were treated with hot compress massage, 1 patient(1 eye) was observed, and the treatment results were analyzed. Results After frontal and facial filling, local eyelid mass will affect the appearance and function. Conservative treatment is the first choice, and surgery can be selected if it is ineffective. Conclusions Frontal filling cosmetic surgery is becoming more and more common. For the eyelid mass, one of its complications, if conservative treatment is effective, invasive surgery can be avoided. In case of operation, the local tissue of eyelid shall be protected and repaired.
