摘 要:根据是否需要通过内镜检查取材,幽门螺杆菌的检测方法可以分为两种:一类是侵入性检查,如快速尿素酶试验、细菌培养、分子生物学检查;另一类为非侵入性检查,例如尿素呼气试验、粪便抗原试验、血清学检测。侵入性检查通常被视为检测幽门螺杆菌的金标准,但操作花费高、耗时长、操作要求高,不适用于儿童、有基础疾病的老年人。非侵入性检查可广泛应用于各类人群,以及流行病学调查。分子生物学检测在菌株分型、药敏试验方面具有独特的优势,很多新型技术也在逐步应用于幽门螺杆菌检测,例如基于量子级联激光器的系统检测、荧光探针、比色纸传感器等。本文就HP感染相关检测技术的进展做一综述。According to the need for endoscopic examination,Helicobacter pylori detection methods can be divided into two types.One is invasive test,such as rapid urease test,bacterial culture and molecular biology test,the other is non-invasive test,such as urea breath test,fecal antigen test and serological test.Invasive test is often regarded as the gold standard for the detection of Helicobacter pylori.However,invasive test is expensive,time-consuming and demanding,which is not suitable for children,the elderly with underlying diseases and so on.Non-invasive examination can be widely used in all populations,as well as in epidemiological investigations.Molecular biological detection has unique advantages in strain typing and drug sensitivity test.Many new technologies,such as system detection based on quantum cascade laser,fluorescence probe,colorimetric paper sensor and so on,are gradually used in the detection of Helicobacter pylori.This articale has reviewed the advances in research on detection technologies of Helicobacter pylori infection.
