摘 要:微藻混合培养可以在高效去除水质污染物的同时,积累更多生物量及油脂,促进微藻生物质资源化利用。然而存在菌种间相互竞争导致处理效果不佳的问题,故找出微藻藻种间最佳协同组合至关重要。该文通过将一株可在黑臭水中快速生长的原壳藻Auxenochlorella protothecoides,分别与污水处理中常用的普通小球藻Chlorella vulgaris、蛋白核小球藻Chlorella pyrenoidosa和斜生栅藻Scenedesmus bliquus进行不同比例混合培养,结果显示4种微藻1∶1∶1∶1混合培养为最佳组合。为进一步提升水中污染物去除效率,促进资源化利用水平,将经C重离子辐照诱变后的4种藻株按相同比例混合培养进行性能强化,结果表明:相比初始藻株组合,^(12)C^(6+)重离子突变藻株组合COD、NH_(4)^(+)-N及TP最大去除率分别提高了12.12%、11.01%及22.12%,其最大比生长速率和油脂增长率分别提高了63.03%和79.71%。By means of microalgae mixed cultivation,it is possible to efficiently remove pollutants from the water,and at the same time more biomass and lipid could be accumulated,so as to facilitate the resource utilization of microalgae biomass;however,the result is unlikely to be ideal due to the competition existed among the microalgae species,so it is important to seek for the best synergistic combination out of microalgae species.In this paper,cultivation of the microalgae commonly used in wastewater treatment and rapidly grown in odorous surface waters,including Auxenochlorella protothecoides,Chlorella vulgaris,Chlorella pyrenoidosa and Scenedesmus bliquus,which were mixed in different proportions,was conducted in laboratory scale,and the results showed that mixed cultivation of four microalgae with the proportion of 1∶1∶1∶1 was the best combination.In order to further improve the removal efficiency of water pollutants and step up the recovery level of resources,the four microalgae strains were mutated by^(12)C^(6+) heavy ion irradiation and then cultivated mixedly in the same proportion to enhance their performance.Consequently,it was showed that compared with that beforeCheavy ion irradiation,the removal rates of COD,NH_(4)^(+)-N and TP of the mutated microalgal strains increased respectively by 12.12%,11.01%and 22.12%;and the maximum specific growth rate and lipid growth rate were raised by 63.03%and 79.71%,respectively.
