摘 要:为解决当前网络满意度根因定位准确性低的问题,本文提出一种基于Correl的网络满意度关联分析模型。该模型把网络满意度与网络投诉、故障和性能进行预关联解析,将网络满意度与预关联指标通过Correl函数进行量化关系计算,筛选出Correl强相关的网络投诉、故障和性能指标,用以构建感知型的网络指标监控体系。通过该模型监控网络指标,开展趋势分析和短板攻坚,可以达到以点带面提升网络满意度的目的。实验结果表明,本模型能够高效并较准确地挖掘网络满意度和网络投诉、故障、性能指标之间的关联性,借此构建较为精准的感知型网络指标监控体系,对推动企业运营商网络满意度的持续提升具有实际意义。In order to solve the problem of low accuracy of root cause location of network satisfaction,this paper proposes a Correl-based network satisfaction correlation analysis model.In this model,the network satisfaction is pre-correlated with network complaints,faults and performance.Then,the pre-correlation index is calculated by Correl function,then the Correl strongly related network complaints,faults and performance indicators are selected to build a perceptible network indicators monitoring system.The model monitors the network indicators,carries out trend analysis and short-board attack,so as to improve the satisfaction of the network point by point.The experimental results show that this model can effi ciently and accurately mine the relationship between network satisfaction and network complaints,failures,performance indicators,and thus build a more accurate perceptual network indicators monitoring system,it is of practical signifi cance to promote the continuous improvement of network satisfaction of enterprise operators.
