摘 要:根据厚壁圆筒理论,将气门座圈压装过盈配合简化为组合厚壁圆筒模型,推导得出座圈过盈配合数学模型的弹性力学解,并进行强度校核。利用有限元软件对座圈压装进行平面应变、瞬态动力学的仿真分析,其仿真结果与理论计算结果具有高度吻合性;验证ANSYS仿真的可行性和优越性,其分析结果对实现气门座圈的精确压装、提升发动机装配质量和整体性能具有重要意义。According to the thick-cylinder theory,the interference fit of the valve seat is simplified into a composite thick-cylinder model,by which the elastic solution of the mathematical model is derived and its strength is checked.The plane strain and transient dynamics of the valve seat pressing are simulated and analized by finite element software,whose simulation results are in good agreement with the theoretical calculation ones,verifying the feasibility and superiority of ANSYS simulation,and whose analytical results are of great significance for the accurate pressing of the valve seat and the improvement of the assembly quality and overall performance of the engine.
