摘  要:无缝线路技术是一项重要的轨道建设新技术,应力放散和锁紧是无缝线路的核心工作内容,也是运营线路工务部门务必实现的任务之一。论文结合乌将铁路扩能改造工程,针对无缝钢轨铺设时产生的问题,对温度应力型无缝线路和无缝线路的应力消除及调节施工技术进行了说明,使无缝线路内部应力均匀,高温不扩轨,低温不断轨。As an important new technique of track construction, stress release and locking are the core work of the new seamless line, and also one of the tasks that must be realized by the engineering department of the operation line. Combined with the expansion and reconstruction project of Urumqi-Jiangjunmiao Railway, in view of the defects of seamless rail laying, this paper describes the temperature stress type seamless line and the stress elimination and adjustment construction techniques of seamless line, so that the internal stress of seamless line is equal, and the rails do not expand at high temperatures and do not break at low temperatures.
